Support the General Counsel on matters related to PASQAL’s listed-company status.
Participate in matters involving governance, the Board, shareholders, capital markets, and investors.
Support capital increases, securities issuances, share transfers, and other capital transactions.
Monitor developments in corporate and securities law and assess their impact on the Group.
