Business Management Consulting:

As an AI & Data Consultant, you will play a key role by not only optimizing our clients' business processes but also designing forward-looking AI strategies that permanently improve our clients' competitive position.

You translate complex business problems into actionable technology concepts and present key insights and solutions at management level.

Data and Technology:

Extraction, processing and analysis of data from a wide variety of structured and unstructured enterprise sources, third-party providers and publicly available data.

Use of cloud data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Databricks or similar to process and analyze complex, large data volumes.

Ideally experience with using cloud products and solutions via APIs, especially MS Azure and AWS.

Design of multi-stage data pipelines that combine scripted transformations and API calls to various services.

Data Science:

Use of Python or R to analyze and model complex and extensive data.

Development and application of models for clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, natural language processing or GenAI.

Creation of AI models, algorithms and applications as well as integration of the developed AI solutions into existing business processes.

Design and implementation of reports and visualizations that present results clearly, concisely and appealingly while meeting business goals and key analytical questions.

Clear communication of technical approaches, implementations and results to a non-technical audience.

Your profile

At least 3 years of relevant professional or consulting experience, ideally in management or IT consulting.

A problem-solving-oriented, entrepreneurial and strongly analytical personality as well as excellent communication and interaction skills.

Demonstrable experience in using data-based analyses to develop strategies and improve business performance.

In-depth knowledge of working with data and technologies as well as one or more data-oriented programming languages such as SQL, Python, R.

Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript is an advantage.

Excellent academic qualifications: Master's, Diplom, PhD or comparable degree.

Business fluent in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.

High willingness to travel – hybrid travel model, location can be freely chosen.

Work permit that allows travel and work within the EU.
