About the role

You will help shape future digital solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. The role is flexible: you can focus on development, consulting, or a combination of both. You will work closely with business and IT teams to create solutions that deliver real value to clients. You will join Digital Customer Experience in Bergen or Oslo. We are an energetic group of around 130 consultants in Norway, divided into four departments based on focus areas and expertise. Our work spans Salesforce, Pega, Dynamics, ServiceNow, and Power Platform. In this role, you will: develop applications, automations, solutions, and integrations in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) if you want a technical focus; advise clients on how technology can solve business challenges and improve processes if you prefer a more business-oriented focus; facilitate workshops and help deliver projects using agile methods, with the option to combine technical and advisory work; explore new opportunities in Microsoft's ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, and actively contribute to our professional community, best practices, and skills development.

Your profile

Several years of experience with one or more Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, and preferably Copilot Studio). Development and/or consulting skills and an understanding of how technology creates business value. Project management or delivery coordination experience is an advantage, along with the ability to take ownership of solutions. Strong communication skills and fluent written and spoken Norwegian. In short, we are looking for someone experienced with Microsoft Power Platform as a developer, consultant, or both. You enjoy solving problems and creating value through technology, and you like collaborating with technical and business-focused colleagues.
