Capgemini Invent is looking for consultants for Business Technology in Oslo, Bergen and Stavanger

Our strategic technology consulting department, Business Technology, is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cloud transformation, artificial intelligence and digital innovation.

About the role

As an IT strategy consultant, you will analyze customers' challenges, develop innovative solutions and help realize lasting – and at times transformative – business changes. Through the use of modern technology such as cloud and AI, market-leading methods and a strong understanding of business, you will help our customers create increased value realization, efficiency and competitiveness.

You will be a driving force in transformation initiatives that connect business strategy, technology and organization, and help ensure that technology investments deliver measurable business value.

You will, among other things:

• Design cloud strategies, AI strategies and transformation roadmaps that support the company's goals, priorities and growth ambitions, and explore how AI, data and cloud technology together can create new products, services and ways of working.

• Advise leaders and decision-makers on how cloud and AI technology can strengthen innovation capability, agility and cost-effectiveness, as well as build new business capabilities, and help customers establish platforms and capabilities that enable effective use and scaling of artificial intelligence.

• Drive transformation initiatives across leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, as well as hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and establish modern operating models based on Cloud & AI Operating Model, DevSecOps and product-oriented delivery models.

• Further develop governance areas such as portfolio management, architecture, security and service management, and establish capabilities in AI Economics and FinOps to ensure sound financial management, responsible use and value realization from technology investments.

• Lead or participate in cross-functional transformation teams and work closely with leaders, technology environments and the business side, with responsibility for deliveries at some of Norway's most exciting companies.

• Contribute to developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and shaping future transformation assignments through strategic consulting and business development.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud transformation, technology development, digital transformation or strategic technology consulting, with experience from cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.

• Experience with or strong interest in artificial intelligence and generative AI, and how these technologies create business value.

• Experience leading or coordinating transformation initiatives, preferably based on agile working methods, and the ability to translate complex technological issues into concrete business opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with a good understanding of the interaction between technology, organization and business.

• Master's degree with good academic results, and good communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English. Experience with customer development, consulting or sales work is an advantage.
