About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Control Tower specialist to join our team in a dynamic environment focused on tracking transport flows and daily operational coordination. You will play a key role in monitoring operations, detecting anomalies, and ensuring smooth communication among supply-chain participants.

Location: Casablanca. Position: Supply Chain Control Tower Engineer. Level: Bac+5, recent graduate. Languages: very good French and English. Tools: good knowledge of Supply Chain/Transport tools.

Key responsibilities

• Track transport flows and identify incidents or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners.
• Help resolve anomalies and improve operational performance.
• Report on activities and raise alerts when needed.

Profile

• Master's-level degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Good understanding of transport and supply-chain activities.
• Rigorous, analytical, and responsive.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple contacts.
• Advanced French and English.
