Location: Utrecht / hybrid. Hours: 36–40 per week. Experience: mid/senior.

The insurance and pensions market is changing quickly. You will

  • Translate business problems into clear requirements, functional designs, and future-proof solutions.
  • Guide change initiatives, implementations, and transformation programs involving digitization and regulation.
  • Advise clients on process improvement, customer service, AI applications, and innovative technologies.
  • Connect Business, Operations, and IT to achieve sustainable results.
  • Work on impactful projects for leading insurers and pension administrators, including the Future of Pensions Act, platform modernization, and digital customer journeys.

Your profile

  • Completed higher professional or university degree, e.g. Business Administration, Business IT, Information Science, or Business Economics.
  • At least three years in insurance or pensions as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Designer, or similar.
  • Experience analyzing processes, managing stakeholders, and translating business needs into solutions.
  • Knowledge of Keylane, Axon, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully, critically assess their output, and use technology to work smarter.
  • Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.

These criteria describe our target profile. If you do not meet every one but believe the role is right for you, we encourage you to apply or get in touch.

What we offer

  • Permanent contract from day one and competitive salary.
  • 26 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
  • Non-contributory pension.
  • Lease car, NS Business Card, or travel-expense reimbursement.
  • Work from anywhere with connectivity and home-working allowance.
  • Fast laptop and SIM card that you may also use privately.
  • Unlimited Academy access, certifications, digital learning platforms, and the latest AI training and tools.
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work.
  • Learn from colleagues and share knowledge in expert communities.
  • Use the latest cloud and AI innovations in client projects.
  • Work on impactful projects for leading insurance and pensions organizations.
