Introduction

Would you like to work at the intersection of testing and AI? As an AI Test Consultant at Capgemini, you will help organizations put reliable, safe, and responsible AI applications into production. You will work on innovative client solutions in the public and private sectors, ensuring they are not only intelligent but dependable.

Hours: 32–40 per week. Work locations: Utrecht, flexible, or client site. Experience: mid/senior, 3–6+ years.

What you will do

Help clients test and improve AI solutions, working across technology, quality, and risk as a tester, advisor, and innovator. Tasks include:

• Test AI and machine-learning models for reliability, bias, and explainability.
• Validate AI output for consistency, accuracy, and risk.
• Develop test strategies for AI and generative-AI solutions.
• Use AI to improve testing, such as test-case generation and data analysis.
• Configure and test AI chains covering data, models, APIs, and integrations.
• Advise on governance, compliance, and regulation.

You are curious about new technology and want to advance testing. You understand that AI creates different challenges from traditional software and enjoy developing solutions. You bring:

• Completed higher professional or university degree.
• Excellent Dutch (B2) and English (B2).
• At least three years of testing or test-automation experience.
• Experience or demonstrable interest in AI, data, or machine learning.
• Agile and/or DevOps experience.
• TMAP or ISTQB certification.

Also important: strong communication and ability to work across Business and IT; eagerness to learn; willingness to share knowledge and learn from others; comfort with varied, dynamic consulting work.
