Your role

As an Agentic AI Solution Specialist, you will help shape the future of intelligent automation. You will work closely with clients to identify business opportunities and turn them into robust, agent-based AI solutions. The role combines consulting, technical depth, and commercial acumen: you will be both an advisor and an advocate. You will also contribute to our internal expertise network through knowledge-sharing, presales, and strategic initiatives. As this is a new role, you will have considerable freedom to shape its development and create value for Capgemini and our clients.

You will

• Lead client projects in agentic AI and intelligent automation from idea to delivery.
• Act as a senior advisor on strategic agentic-AI initiatives and provide expert support on complex issues.
• Develop and present go-to-market proposals and participate in presales.
• Build and share knowledge through Capgemini Guilds and Centers of Excellence, combining technical expertise with commercial and communication skills to inspire clients and promote solutions.

Your profile

• Demonstrated agentic-AI expertise and experience translating complex technology into business value.
• Deep technical expertise combined with commercial acumen and a consultative, communicative, and educational approach; able to explain technology clearly and build engagement.
• Understand that transformation is about people as much as technology; able to create engagement and adoption of new solutions.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Swedish.
