About the role

As an Agentic AI Automation Consultant, you will join an agile team delivering complex projects and developing industry-specific solutions based on AI and cloud technologies. With clients, you will create creative and technical solutions, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and agentic AI, to enable end-to-end business-process automation. This is a new role with significant opportunity to shape its development and create value for Capgemini and its clients.

You will

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities by combining RPA and process-mining insights with modern AI methods to create smarter, more efficient end-to-end solutions.
• Lead, develop, and orchestrate automation solutions in which agentic AI, RPA, and API-based systems work together in complete end-to-end workflows.

Your profile

• Experience with agent-based AI solutions and designing, training, and optimizing autonomous agents.
• Ability to build AI agents using platforms such as Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Google's AI and cloud platforms.
• Understand multi-platform agent orchestration and how agents work together across end-to-end processes.
• RPA expertise, including UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism.
• Process Mining or UiPath test-automation experience is an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
