Job Description
Accor Tech & Digital is the global hospitality leader’s laboratory for innovation and technological transformation. Our teams, known as Heartists®, bring together the best of hospitality and the best of technology and digital. Our ambition is to provide customers with personalized, memorable and sustainable experiences. We create new ways to travel across our 5,500 hotels, close to our 100 million customers in 110 countries. We are at the heart of an exciting landscape for technological transition and the design of digital products and services for our customers and hotel teams. Here, your scope has no borders. Dare to make an impact on the world with us!
Your greatest challenge awaits
Reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will join a team at the heart of Accor Group’s transformation through data and artificial intelligence. Within the Data Department, the Data Science & AI team defines and implements the Group’s AI vision, develops the use of machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI, and optimizes the business impact of these technologies on customer experience, hotel operations and internal teams. You will act as the technical lead responsible for guiding the design, development and deployment of machine-learning, generative-AI and agentic-AI solutions, as well as LLM platforms, to support high-impact business features and services.
Your mission
Contribute to end-to-end AI projects: framing, model selection, experimentation, deployment and continuous improvement. Design and implement LLM-based solutions (conversational assistants, agentic workflows, etc.). Define and lead Accor’s AI architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility and alignment with technological developments. Establish and promote best practices in prompt engineering, model evaluation, MLOps and documentation. Collaborate with Data, Platform and Product teams to industrialize reliable, high-performing and monitored AI solutions. Support the Data & Engineering community on AI architectures, reusable components and development best practices. Maintain active technology monitoring and lead proofs of concept to evaluate new models, tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or an equivalent field. At least 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including several years in deep learning, generative AI and LLMs. Proven experience designing, deploying and operating machine-learning and generative-AI solutions (chatbots, content generation, agentic workflows, etc.). Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain generative-AI concepts, limitations and risks to non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic decisions. Strong command of Python and major AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.), as well as RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings and agent-orchestration frameworks. Proven experience with cloud environments and MLOps/LLMOps practices (AWS, MLflow, CI/CD, etc.), including LLM evaluation and observability, and monitoring costs, latency and quality at scale. Experience in hospitality, travel, retail or large-scale B2C/B2B environments is an advantage.
