Our ambition is to provide customers with personalized, memorable and sustainable experiences. We create new ways to travel across our 5,500 hotels, close to our 100 million customers in 110 countries. We are at the heart of an exciting landscape for technological transition and the design of digital products and services for our customers and hotel teams. Here, your scope has no borders. Dare to make an impact on the world with us!
Your greatest challenge awaits
Reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will join a team at the heart of Accor Group’s transformation through data and artificial intelligence. Within the Data Department, the Data Science & AI team defines and implements the Group’s AI vision, develops the use of machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI, and optimizes the business impact of these technologies on customer experience, hotel operations and internal teams. You will connect business leaders with AI and data-engineering teams, ensuring the right product is developed, deployed, adopted and continuously improved.
Your mission
Business Partnership: understand business needs, define AI use cases, and align with stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations and Brand) on KPIs and expected value.
Product Ownership: manage product vision, roadmap and backlog; prioritize features by balancing business value, technical feasibility and risk.
Delivery Leadership: lead an internal and external team of data scientists, AI/GenAI engineers and MLOps engineers; manage sprints, quality, time to market and production readiness.
Adoption & Value Tracking: lead change management and end-user adoption; measure usage, ROI and business impact; report to stakeholders and leadership.
Vendor and Budget Management: manage external partners (OpenAI, Giskard, Converteo, Artefact, etc.), budget, contracts and SLAs.
Risk, Ethics and Compliance: ensure GDPR, responsible-AI principles and security measures are built in from the design stage, in close collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), Legal and Compliance teams.
Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a business-school qualification. You have at least seven years of substantial experience in product management, consulting or hands-on implementation of AI solutions, including at least one major AI product deployed end to end in production. Experience in hospitality, travel or distribution is an advantage.
Technical skills
A strong practical foundation in GenAI and MLOps, enabling you to challenge technical choices alongside data scientists and AI engineers. Proficiency with OpenAI, AWS AgentCore, Anthropic and Microsoft Foundry.
Attitudes & Behaviors
Ability to identify business opportunities and translate priorities into AI products within a complex organization. Ability to manage senior stakeholders up to C-level. You identify with the team’s three shared values: Learn & Be Curious; Take Ownership; Build Trust with Stakeholders.
