Join the Product Design - Core team, which is responsible for the visual consistency and design efficiency of all our products. You will take on two key technical responsibilities: industrializing our Design System and leading AI Enablement for the Design Unit. You will bridge Design and Engineering by turning UI/UX concepts and AI experiments into reliable, secure, and maintainable components and workflows that scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, document, version, and publish Design System components.
• Maintain strict consistency among Figma libraries, design tokens, documentation, and front-end implementations.
• Own complete technical contributions, from requirements analysis through production (pull requests, reviews, and testing).
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions affecting the Design System and the Unit's tools.
• Design and maintain agents, automations, and integrations based on AI models, including LLMs and MCP contexts.
• Evaluate AI-assisted development tools and define their terms of use, limitations, and governance rules.
• Structure work environments, Git repositories, branches, pull-request workflows, and quality checks for design teams.
• Support designers' code contributions while ensuring Engineering's required standards.
• Collaborate daily with developers, architects, Product teams, and Design System owners.

Your impact after six months

You will understand the Core team, existing technical ecosystem, and Design System. You will have taken charge of industrializing front-end components and ensuring smooth synchronization between Figma files, design tokens, and production code. You will have begun structuring AI automation workflows and supporting designers as they adopt assisted tools. You will have built trusted relationships with Engineering to ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of Design Unit deliverables.

Your impact after one year

You will have played a key role in evolving the Design System into a highly scalable, accessible component adopted across OVHcloud. You will have fully implemented the AI Enablement strategy, allowing designers to independently use reliable AI agents and automations in their daily work. You will be the essential technical link between Design and Engineering and will have advanced governance for AI-generated or AI-assisted code.

Required skills

• Proven front-end development experience on high-traffic production products, ideally with React or Web Components.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining a component library or Design System, including design tokens, versioning, and accessibility.
• Excellent Figma skills (libraries, variants, variables) and product-design experience or strong aptitude.
• Advanced Git skills (branches, rebasing, pull requests, code reviews, conflict resolution) and CI/CD pipelines (automated tests, build tools, package management).
• Understanding of APIs, LLMs, AI agents, MCP context, and automation mechanisms.
• Able to assess the quality, security, and maintainability of AI-generated or AI-assisted code.
• Independent, able to work in a complex existing codebase, and comfortable in a fast-changing international environment.

Active participation in Open Source projects or technology/design events such as meetups and conferences on Design Systems or applied AI.
