Position Overview

As a core member of the manufacturing digital transformation team, you will be responsible for translating cutting-edge AI technologies into scalable, implementable industrial AI solutions serving four major factories in China; leading two strategic AI projects—Predictive Maintenance and Knowledge Foundation—and participating in the development of the company's industrial AI technology strategy, technology framework, and reusable AI capabilities.

This is a highly hands-on role that deeply integrates AI technology, industrial problem solving, and technology strategy, requiring close collaboration with product managers, solution architects, data/software engineers, and manufacturing experts.

Responsibilities

1. End-to-end implementation of industrial AI solutions: For real manufacturing scenarios, complete full-chain work from problem definition, data preparation, and model development to production deployment and continuous iteration, driving solutions from PoC to MVP and scaled application, and ensuring quantifiable business value.
2. Predictive Maintenance direction: Build capabilities for equipment health monitoring, anomaly detection, fault prediction, remaining useful life (RUL) estimation, and root cause analysis, translating algorithm metrics into business KPIs such as equipment availability, downtime losses, and maintenance costs.
3. Knowledge Foundation direction: Build enterprise-level knowledge capabilities based on technologies such as LLMs, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and agents, connecting structured and unstructured knowledge such as maintenance records, technical documents, and expert experience.
4. Multi-source industrial data processing: Complete ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering, and quality governance of data from industrial systems such as sensor/equipment signals, MES, and SCADA.
5. Capability accumulation and scaled replication: Build reusable algorithm components and technology frameworks to support solution replication across equipment, production lines, and factories; participate in formulating industrial AI technology strategy and best practices.
6. Opportunity identification and value conversion: Proactively identify AI application opportunities, take on ambiguous and complex industrial problems, and turn ideas into implementable solutions and business value.

1. Master's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, statistics, applied mathematics, automation, electrical engineering, or related majors;
2. More than 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/machine learning/data science; experience in manufacturing or industrial scenario projects is preferred;
3. Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in model development and implementation in real scenarios;
4. Solid Python programming skills and proficiency in mainstream frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-learn;
5. Hands-on capability in time-series analysis, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and feature engineering;
6. Good foundation in statistics (model evaluation, uncertainty quantification, robustness analysis);
7. Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
