Job description

You will work as a self-employed insurance intermediary under sections 84 and 92 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), with the freedom to run your business and active support as you build it.
Your main responsibilities
Carefully determine customers’ needs and advise them on insurance products, recommending the best solutions. Attract new customers with engaging outreach, then develop long-term loyalty through personal attention and regular follow-up. Set your own schedule and balance work and leisure. Take responsibility for your customer base and use proactive customer-acquisition and retention strategies.
Your profile
Ideally, you have completed vocational training or have relevant experience in sales or customer service. You enjoy communicating with customers and advising them competently. You can explain complex topics in simple terms so customers can make informed decisions. Your friendly, open manner creates trust, and you work independently. You have a driving license and your own vehicle for on-site customer consultations.
