What makes a successful AI Engineering Specialist?

You will drive AI adoption at scale by creating platforms, standards, and accelerators for faster, safer, and more consistent development. Working at the intersection of modern software engineering and advanced AI, you will enable high-impact global solutions and connect technological innovation to business strategy in collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal platforms, frameworks, and accelerators for AI solutions.
• Create reusable libraries, templates, and toolkits for generative AI and language models.
• Design build, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines for AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
• Promote AI adoption in the software-development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Support global product, engineering, and professional-services teams implementing solutions.
• Present solutions and features to stakeholders, customers, and executives.
• Turn business needs into scalable, secure, viable technical solutions.

Required

• Software-engineering experience with Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• API, microservice, and systems-integration development experience.
• Experience with scalable architectures, cloud environments, pipelines, automation, and modern CI/CD.
• Experience working globally and advanced or fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

• Generative AI, LLM, RAG, agent, or AI application experience.
• MLOps/LLMOps, including deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster; vector databases, semantic search, and Kubernetes.
• Financial-services or global technology-product experience.
