About The Role

Are you an early-career data professional who wants to turn analytics, machine learning and AI into practical business solutions?

Join our team in Bratislava and help solve high-priority business challenges across the global insurance and reinsurance environment. You will work with experienced data and analytics colleagues, IT teams and international business stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to the full analytics lifecycle, from exploratory proofs of concept to production-ready solutions.

This is an opportunity to strengthen your technical skills, deepen your business understanding and contribute to data-driven solutions with measurable impact.

The Enabling Advanced Analytics team is part of Business Operations and Enablement within P&C Re Operations.

We develop and maintain the analytics landscape supporting Underwriting Operations, Technical Accounting & Claims Operations, Claims Management, In-force Management, and Client Audit.

  • Can collaborate effectively in a matrix organisation.
  • Are confident working with and influencing stakeholders, even without formal authority.
  • Take responsibility for your work while remaining open to guidance and feedback.

If the opportunity interests you but you do not meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Your potential, motivation and transferable experience are also important to us.
