- Objective of the Position: Provide service at the branch teller window, guaranteeing transparency to maintain our customers' trust. In addition, contribute to meeting sales goals and to the quality of service for our products through various channels.

- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (will be validated with official document)
- Availability to rotate weekly among the following branches: Guanajuato Capital, Salamanca, San Luis de la Paz, Dolores Hidalgo, San Miguel de Allende, Cortázar, Jaral del Progreso, Alaia, San José Iturbide, San Felipe
- Required knowledge:
- Handling large amounts of cash
- Verifiable customer service
- Proficiency in the Office suite.
- Mathematical analysis skills
- Financial product sales
- Working by objectives (KPIs or sales goals)
- Experience:
- Have performed duties at a financial institution (1 year desirable as a teller-salesperson)
- Experience in detecting counterfeit bills and banding banknotes
- Sales of intangible products.
- Experience working under a commission scheme
- Cash handling.
- Problem solving.
- Activities to Perform:
- Perform customers' financial operations; deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency sales, informing the status of their operations, among others.
- Advise customers on contracting and benefits of our products and services.
- Identify and refer business opportunities with current or potential customers to Sales Executives.
- Perform administrative tasks such as checkbook and card control, cash replenishment for ATMs, cash register closing, among others.
