Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist at Adagio Access Marseille Saint Charles for fixed-term replacement contracts covering day and night shifts. As a key member of the Cercle, our space that reimagines traditional hospitality, you will accompany guests from arrival to departure and give them the best possible experience.

Your responsibilities, if you accept them:

• Be our guests’ guide and travel companion throughout their stay.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and resolving issues with a warm welcome and personalized solutions.
• Tell guests about great activities to enjoy in the city and surrounding area so they do not miss any opportunities for fun.
• Present the aparthotel’s events and services as a master of ceremonies.
• Promote our offers and loyalty program to guests as a true ambassador.
• Handle invoices and payments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
