AI After Hours Honolulu // The Front Desk That Never Sleeps
What happens to the calls you miss after 5pm and what it costs you. Current Date as Placeholder exact date subject to change
Ala Moana/Kaka'ako Area · Free · 20 seats
Most local businesses miss between a fifth and a third of their inbound calls. Nights, weekends, lunch rush, the one person at the desk is already on the other line. Those callers don't leave voicemails anymore. They scroll down the google search they already made and call the next place.
This month I'm putting an AI phone agent on speaker in the middle of the room and letting you try to break it. It answers, it knows the business, it books the appointment, and it writes the engagement into a CRM before the call ends. You'll hear exactly what it sounds like- including where it still sounds like a robot, because I'd rather you hear that directly... but it's getting scary good!
30 minutes inside, then we head out to the deck for drinks and talk story. Bring your actual bottleneck- I'll be out there until they kick us out around 10pm.
Heavy pupus provided. Cash bar available at the pool deck..
Seats are limited to 20 and this one's for owners, GMs, founders, and anyone responsible for P&L or AI implementations. Request your seat today!
