AI After Hours Honolulu // AI in the Visitor Economy
A working session for Oahu travel industry operators, activity companies, and hospitality owner operators.
Ala Moana/Kaka'ako Area · Free · 20 seats
Booking engines. Cancellations. Waivers. Review chasing. Messages at 11pm from a guest who lands tomorrow. If you run visitor-facing business on this island, you already know exactly which parts of your week are eating you alive.
This one is narrow on purpose: one room, one industry, no generic AI talk. I'll walk through what I actually built for a travel industry operator- the cancellation logic, the booking flow, the follow-ups — including what worked, what I got wrong, and what it cost.
Then we head out to the deck for drinks and talk story and you get an hour with a dozen other operators who are all fighting the same fight. Bring your actual bottleneck- I'll be out there until they kick us out around 10pm..
Seats are limited to 20 and this one's for owners, GMs, founders in the visitor-economy businesses. Request your seat today!
