This hands-on workshop is designed to help micro and small business owners use AI to turn the holiday season into a real growth opportunity. Participants will work on their own businesses and build a practical holiday sales campaign designed to attract new customers, strengthen engagement, and increase revenue.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have:
A clearly defined holiday offer and target customer
A practical holiday sales and marketing strategy
Ready-to-use promotional content for social media, email, and digital channels
A 30–60 day content and campaign calendar
Improved messaging and calls-to-action designed to generate inquiries and sales
Opportunities to automate marketing, customer engagement, and repetitive business tasks
Strategies to improve online visibility, including search and AI-powered discovery
A simple system for tracking leads, customers, conversions, and revenue
A clear action plan for launching and improving their campaign after the workshop
The goal is not simply to learn about AI, but to build and begin implementing a real solution that can help the business generate measurable results.
